What is the difference between "Delivery Confirmation" and "Signature Confirmation?"
Delivery Confirmation
Residential deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include your front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area. Once the package is delivered in the front porch, side door, back porch or garage area and the status is updated as "Delivered", DHL / USPS / UPS / FedEx will not take the responsibility if the Delivered package is lost. We cannot make a claim in such cases.
Signature Confirmation
The recipient must sign for the delivery. With signature confirmation you can check delivery status, and the driver will send you the recipient's signature image upon delivery. This is an expensive option.
Only FedEx shipping methods are supported with Signature Confirmation. USPS Partnered services do not support signature confirmation.
