Here are a few reasons your order upload may have failed...
File Name:
The spreadsheet file name cannot have special characters such as dot. comma,
Sheet Name:
The first sheet with orders should have the default name "Sheet1". Our system pulls the orders ONLY from Sheet1. Any other sheet name may fail.
The product does not exist:
Please make sure the product with (Product Id / SKU Number) is set up. To find the products, please log in to the portal and check Product Management / Fulfillment Product.
Order already exist:
The PO Number should be unique. Please DO NOT use the PO Number you have used already.
Eliminate leading zeroes in postal code:
Right-click ShipPostalCode column and click format cells. Select the category as Special and click Type as zipcode.
